You will stay at the Smart and Light premises, adjoining Smart and Light founder Sophie Reverdi’s villa, in Sidi Bou Saïd: a sumptuous and invigorating setting, overlooking the sea.
Situated fifteen minutes away from the Tunis-Carthage airport, twenty minues away from the capital, Tunis, and only minutes away from the the sites of Roman Carthage, you will be at the foot of the picturesque and magnificient village of Sidi Bou Saïd, right next to the harbor. Sophie Reverdi is an ex-obese who lost 80 kg, and she will share with you during your stay the secrets of her method and her success. She will hand you the keys to change that you hope for, and her team of sports coaches, reflexologists, and makeover stylists will take you in hand in order to offer you ideal circumstances and guide you on the way to your success.

One-week program: 5 days of coaching, 2 days of freedom!

The complete deal for your stay includes, for the first 5 days, daily:

  • Accommodation in a luxurious double room in Sophie Reverdi’s villa
  • A simple, healthy and tasty breakfast
  • Lunch, preceded by cooking classes focused on slimness and wellness
  • Gourmet dietary dinner at the premises (one evening at the restaurant / how to order and eat out)

But also, during the week:

  • 3 coaching sessions (4 hours) with Sophie Reverdi
  • 1 session to learn how to go shopping
  • 5 one-hour sessions of sport rehabilitation with Anis Abdellak
  • 2 one-hour sessions of reflexology
  • Your trips to and from the airport.
